Electronic Symphony no.3 "Charon's Lament" Opus: 24 Length: 60 minutes Instruments: Korg Micro-preset, Crumar Stratus and Roland string synthesisers, Farfisa organ, electronic sounds & computer generated effects Composed: 1984 (Extensively) reworked and re-recorded: 2007-8 My last big piece of the 80's - recently re-edited and remastered. Intensely alien and macabre. Read Stanley Weinbaum's poem to get the gist. (I discovered this poem after I had finished the piece, but it sums it up perfectly.) In four bleak movements.
